ME AI News, Wednesday, June 24: Multiple Wall Street institutions released important rating adjustments involving companies such as NVIDIA, Tesla, AMD, Reddit, and Arm. Among them, Seaport reiterated its “Sell” rating on NVIDIA, saying the burdens inside and outside NVIDIA’s balance sheet continue to increase, and Broadcom has also joined the trend of revolving financing, indicating that the AI industry is facing rising financing constraints.

Stifel initiated coverage on BlackBerry for the first time and gave it a “Buy” rating, saying the market still misdefines BlackBerry. The company is no longer just an automotive supplier, but a key software layer in the physical AI stack, and it works with chip companies such as NVIDIA, Qualcomm, and AMD.

UBS reiterated its “Buy” rating on AMD and raised its target price from $470 to $670, saying it is more positive on AMD as independent CPU racks begin to gain market recognition.

TD Cowen reiterated its “Buy” rating on Arm and raised its target price from $265 to $475, saying Arm’s fiscal year 2031 $15 billion AGI CPU target is reasonable, but the GPU-to-CPU attach rate and per-core pricing remain key variables.

RBC reiterated its “Outperform” rating on Tesla, forecasting Tesla’s second-quarter deliveries of 405,000 vehicles, higher than the Visible Alpha consensus estimate of 401,000.

Needham reiterated its “Buy” rating on Reddit, saying Reddit has a rare competitive position and is basically unaffected by the agentic AI storm.

In addition, Citizens initiated coverage on Bitdeer, CleanSpark, Keel Infrastructure, and MARA Holdings, and all received “Outperform the Market” ratings, saying these Bitcoin mining companies are redirecting their existing power capacity to provide high-performance computing capabilities to hyperscale customers and large enterprises.
