ME AI News. On June 24, the latest IO500 Global Storage Performance ranking was officially released during Germany’s ISC 2026. Reporters learned that Sugon ParaStor F9000 distributed all-flash storage system won the top prizes in both the Production Total ranking and the 10-Node Challenge ranking, and also set a new world record. It is understood that the storage system has been running stably in tens of thousands of card clusters for more than a year, continuously supporting key workloads such as large model training and scientific computing. In collaboration with LongXun KuangTeng’s MatPL software and leveraging the scaleX ten-thousand-card computing platform, it completed a 41.47 billion-atom-scale liquid water molecular dynamics simulation, setting a new world record in this field.
