The deeper one's family background is, the later they mature, and the later they gain insight into true human nature.

Isn't it said that children from poor families learn to take care of themselves early? Then why do they mature later?
Early independence is essentially just acquiring some basic survival skills in a poorer environment—it's about staying alive, not about turning life around.
When they grow up, they pour all their energy into hard work, just burying their heads in it, neglecting to understand and control others' minds, let alone mastering human nature.
For people born into low-level families, this is a difficult barrier to break through.
They dislike interpersonal relationships, have contempt for networking, gift-giving, and sycophancy, and are filled with disdain inside.
Either they don't understand human nature and lose opportunities due to poor expression, or they wear their hearts on their sleeves and often get taken advantage of.
So to rise up, the first and foremost step is to gain insight into human nature.
Only then can you handle things with ease; otherwise, even if you have great abilities, no one will see them, and you'll end up unrecognized or toiling your whole life without a breakthrough.
This is the truth!
