Flying Tulip introduces circuit breaker mechanism in DeFi lending

ME News reports that on April 23 (UTC+8), Andre Cronje's Flying Tulip introduced a "circuit breaker mechanism" similar to traditional finance in DeFi lending, using a programmatic module to rate-limit capital outflows and automatically reduce the outflow speed when abnormal withdrawals occur, such as contract vulnerabilities, oracle anomalies, or large position liquidations.
