The Ministry of Commerce announces the "Measures for the Safety Investigation of Industrial and Supply Chains"
(1) Foreign countries, regions, and international organizations violate international law and the basic principles of international relations, and, in the context of industry chains and supply chains, take discriminatory prohibitions, restrictions, or other similar measures against China, or implement or assist in implementing actions that harm the security of China’s industry chains and supply chains;
(2) Foreign organizations or individuals violate the principles of normal market transactions, disrupt normal transactions with China’s citizens and organizations, take discriminatory measures against China’s citizens and organizations or carry out other actions, causing substantial harm to—or posing a substantial threat to—the security of China’s industry chains and supply chains.
