Flying Tulip introduces circuit breaker mechanisms in DeFi lending

ME News message: On April 23 (UTC+8), Flying Tulip launched by Andre Cronje introduced a “circuit breaker” mechanism similar to traditional finance into DeFi lending. It uses programmable modules to limit the rate of fund outflows, and automatically reduces the speed of fund outflows when abnormal withdrawals occur, such as contract vulnerabilities, oracle anomalies, or the liquidation of large positions.
