Strategy's STRC series preferred shares fell to new all-time lows. Pressure on the stock intensified amid a reassessment of risks surrounding the company's model of financing its Bitcoin accumulation through debt instruments and the issuance of preferred shares.

Important: Analysts do not consider this a systemic crisis for Strategy. The decline in STRC reflects an increase in the risk premium, but does not in itself indicate a default, forced sale of BTC, or a threat to the company's existence.

Strategy, under the leadership of Michael Saylor, remains the leading symbol of the "Bitcoin treasury" model: the corporate balance sheet has effectively been converted into a BTC accumulator. As long as Bitcoin remains above the levels at which the company purchased the bulk of its coins, its ability to service its liabilities is preserved.

This is an important indicator for the market. STRC is more like a debt instrument than a common MSTR share, making it sensitive to credit risk and investor confidence.
