ESMA Calls on Unauthorized Crypto Platforms to Cease Operations in the EU by July 1st as MiCA Transition Period Ends


According to a public statement from the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), the regulatory agency urges unlicensed crypto asset service providers (CASPs) to take measures to orderly terminate their operations in the EU before July 1, 2026, after the end of the MiCA transition period.
