I see the posts every day. "BTTC at $1! Creator of millionaires!" And I understand — we all want to believe. But let’s do the math.
Current price: About $0.0000017
Total supply: 990 BILLION tokens
To reach $1:
· Required market capitalization = $990 TRILLION
· That’s more than 10x the all-time high of the entire crypto market
· It’s greater than the GDP of all countries on Earth combined
Let that settle.
“But the burns!”
I know. Over 60% of the supply has already been burned — about 580 billion tokens. That’s huge. The community is active. The deflationary model is real.
The problem? There are still hundreds of billions in circulation. With the current burn rate, it takes decades to make a real impact.
What’s truly realistic:
The price has been growing: end of 2022 at $0.00000088, 2023 at $0.00000129, 2024 at $0.00000174, 2025 at $0.00000153. So, it IS going up.
Realistic targets for 2026: $0.0000025 to $0.0000070. That’s 2-5x from here. Not bad!
$1 isn’t going to happen. End of story.
Could it 10x? Maybe. 100x? Unlikely. But $1? That requires a 333,333x rally from current levels.
I have some BTTC. I believe in the project. BitTorrent is huge and the ecosystem is real. But I’m not deluded about what’s possible.
$1 is a fantasy, not a target.
