The Ethereum Foundation cut 54 employees, or roughly 20% of staff, in a reorganization tied to its Mandate and Treasury Management Policy. Vitalik Buterin said the Foundation is cutting its annual budget by approximately 40% this year. Arkham Intelligence tracked the Foundation's ETH holdings at approximately $209 million.
