Midas Lists mGLOBAL on Aave Horizon, Providing a Collateralized Lending Channel for Fasanara’s Alternative Debt Strategy

ME News Report, June 23 (UTC+8), the mGLOBAL security token launched by Midas has been integrated into the institutional lending market Aave Horizon on Aave. Holders can use mGLOBAL as collateral to borrow USDC while maintaining full exposure to the underlying assets. mGLOBAL tracks the Global Diversified Alternative Debt short-term private credit portfolio managed by Fasanara Capital, which includes trade receivables and digital invoices. mGLOBAL is issued by a bankruptcy-remote entity under the Luxembourg asset securitization vehicle, with net asset value calculated monthly by JTC Luxembourg. Redemptions are facilitated through Midas's Open Liquidity Architecture, combining 10% internal liquidity on Aave, credit lines, and OTC networks to achieve atomic redemption and destruction without reserving large amounts of idle cash.
