CryptoWorld News reports that on the 23rd local time, Russian President Putin stated at a government work meeting that Russia is willing to engage in peace negotiations with Ukraine based on the agreements reached in Istanbul in spring 2022, the principles outlined in his diplomatic speech in 2024, the model discussed at the Anchorage summit in 2025, and the ground realities. He said that the peace negotiations were actively interrupted by Ukraine. Currently, Kyiv is launching attacks against Russia in an attempt to create favorable conditions for resuming the interrupted negotiations.
