For many young people: they were told as children that as long as they study hard, they will have a bright future.

As a result, they find out when they grow up: college diplomas are devaluing, the pandemic stole their most passionate youth, AI is starting to take over more and more jobs, a house takes 30 years to pay off, and the shadow of war reappears in the headlines.
And when you feel anxious, confused, and exhausted, there’s always someone standing nearby saying: your generation is too lazy.
But many people don’t realize: the previous generation faced certain competition, while this generation faces uncertain survival.
They are not unmotivated. They are simply born into a world where the pace of rule changes far exceeds any era.
When degrees, careers, wealth, technology, nations, and order are all being reconstructed, the biggest challenge is no longer how to win the competition, but how to find your place in a constantly changing world.
