According to Foresight News, Ethereum treasury company Sharplink (Nasdaq: SBET) announced the completion of a $75 million underwritten stock offering on June 23. The company issued 10.013 million common shares along with warrants at a combined price of $7.49 per share, representing a 41% premium over the June 18 closing price of $5.29. The warrants have an exercise price of $8.15 per share and can be exercised within 4 years. CEO Joseph Chalom said the proceeds will be used to cover operating expenses and general corporate purposes, including continuing to accumulate ETH and repurchasing shares under the company’s share buyback program.
