Why is it that the smaller the principal, the faster you lose money?
Honestly, I've answered this question dozens of times. Every time someone asks me to review, their account is only a few hundred or thousand dollars, and people are confused. #币圈生存法则
They always say: Bro, my principal is so small, I just want to turn things around quickly, why did I lose it all?
The answer is not complicated at all: it's not the market that’s difficult, it's that you have no rules.
People with small capital are most likely to make one mistake — impatience. Thinking that with little money, how can I earn without heavy positions? How can I turn things around without high leverage? So they go all-in with a few hundred dollars, maxing out at 50x or 100x.
And then? The market just wiggles a little, and the account is gone. You don’t even get the chance to wait.
Think about it — how do those who grow from small funds do it? They’re not greedy; they set strict rules. Only use a small part of their position each time, lose little if wrong; cut losses quickly, walk away when it hits; stay out when there’s no signal, don’t move even if they’re itchy.
If your principal is small, you simply can’t afford to mess around. And you’re acting like a gambler — who else are you losing money for?
Stop blaming the market. The market owes you nothing. First ask yourself: do you have rules? Have you followed them?
If you don’t even have basic position management and stop-loss discipline, then no matter how big your principal is, you’ll lose just the same.
For those who want to turn small funds into something bigger, don’t think about how much you can earn first. Set three rules for yourself first, then follow them like a fool. If you can do that, then you’re qualified to talk about making money.
I only do real trading, not virtual stuff. If you want to be steady, avoid pitfalls, and make consistent profits, don’t try to figure it out alone in the crypto world. Follow the rhythm, I’ve always been here to guide you with a winning logic to earn steady money! 🔥$ETH
