We’re sitting on a fortune and somehow it never reaches us

Australia has the minerals, the gas, the food, the energy, the land. Everything you’d need to be one of the strongest countries on earth
And we dig it up and ship it offshore. Hand the best of it to companies that don’t even bank here
Then we act shocked when aussies can’t cover rent, groceries or fuel
I’m not saying close the country off, I’m saying stop putting the people who live here last
We export a fortune and the people sitting on top of it barely see a cent
We need someone running this country who actually understands what needs to be done and actions it.
Not another politician who promises everything to get in and sells us out the second they’re there.
