A few L1s are standing out as the market moves beyond pure speculation and toward chains focused on usability and developer experience.
While attention has been scattered, these ecosystems have continued improving user flows, reducing friction, and expanding the tooling that makes on-chain activity more accessible.
Here are 3 L1s currently on my watchlist:
1/ @SuiNetwork - $SUI
Sui has built strong user adoption through its object-centric model and focus on user-friendly wallets and account abstraction. These features are helping lower the barrier for new users interacting with DeFi and other on-chain applications.
2/ @SeiNetwork - $SEI
Built as a trading-optimized chain, Sei continues to attract attention with its fast execution and low costs. Recent improvements in developer tooling, alongside its transition toward a full EVM environment, are supporting more sophisticated on-chain applications.
3/ @Aptos - $APT
Aptos has been steadily developing its Move-based architecture, known for strong security and developer flexibility. The chain has also expanded support for intents and cross-chain functionality as part of its broader roadmap.
We could be seeing early signs of capital rotating into L1s that prioritize real usability and infrastructure. The projects that make on-chain interactions simpler, faster, and more reliable may be better positioned for the next phase of adoption.
Which chains do you think have the strongest UX right now?
