The main reasons include two points: first, more development work will be transferred to commercial organizations to complete, which can reduce the Foundation’s development responsibilities and may encourage more work driven by commercial entities, thereby improving the overall efficiency of the ecosystem; second, the structural adjustments help maintain Ethereum’s core principles as a digital currency infrastructure.
