Why do some people become more energetic while others become more exhausted? Because vitality does not come from grand goals, but from repeated experiences of "my will can influence reality." Many people understand success as making a lot of money or accomplishing big things, but they overlook that what truly nurtures a person are often those small but achievable wishes. When someone is in a long-term state of "wanting but not getting, working hard but receiving no feedback," they will gradually lose the motivation to act; whereas when a person continuously completes small closed loops—wanting hotpot and going to eat it, wanting to exercise and starting to do it, wanting to learn something and beginning to learn— their brain will keep receiving a signal: I have control over my life. The essence of vitality is not achieving large goals, but constantly proving to oneself: my ideas can become reality, and I have the ability to change my circumstances. All genuine positive cycles start from these small but real successes.
