ME News Report, June 21 (UTC+8), according to the "Мошеловка" platform disclosure, scammers impersonate authorized brokers of the Moscow Exchange on social media to lure users into clicking phishing links under the guise of a "cryptocurrency test trading channel," carrying out fund and information theft. The Moscow Exchange emphasizes that all official trading must be conducted through licensed brokers, and there is no exclusive crypto purchase channel available to ordinary users. According to data from Russian IT company "Shard," Russian users lost approximately 234 million rubles due to crypto phishing in 2025, accounting for 62% of the total crypto asset losses that year.
