CryptoWorld News reports that billionaire investor Ricardo Salinas stated that fiat currency is a fraud and that Bitcoin is one of the best ways to preserve wealth. In a recent interview, he explained why he continues to convert cash into Bitcoin and believes that Bitcoin could eventually reach $1 million. He pointed out that fiat currency works today because people have trust in it, even though the government keeps increasing the money supply. Salinas believes that Bitcoin addresses many problems of traditional currencies because its supply is fixed and it can be transferred globally without being controlled by central banks. He also mentioned that as inflation erodes purchasing power, people are gradually realizing that cash is losing value, making scarce assets such as Bitcoin more attractive.
