Many people study the world, society, and human nature, but few study themselves. Truly valuable understanding is not about knowing more information, but about living a better life. Studying the world is to find your place; studying human nature is to reduce being hurt by human nature; studying yourself is to benefit your life. What foods are suitable for you, what jobs fit you, which people are worth approaching, and which habits make your body healthier—these are far more important than most external information. Because wealth and careers can be rebuilt, but the body cannot. The end goal of understanding is not to explain the world, but to make yourself healthier, freer, calmer, and more proactive. After all, without the body, everything is lost.
