Notice how I never once have claimed that my strategy is the sole way to make money in these markets?
Never once touted authorship, or "enigma" despite having taught so many who now have students of their own....
You know why?
Most of this space hyper fixate on technicals. The number of boom-and-bust mentors is what you expect when they themselves have no formal experience teaching.
Being a profitable trader, with any strategy, does not translate to being a good educator/mentor/teacher.
Guiding traders from 0-1 is a different job.
Any strategy can make money.
Why do you think so many who have proven edge through a systematically defined model still struggle to consistently generate returns....
The reason I teach is
a. Because I have a decade long experience in academia ; 2 masters degrees (MBA + M.Eng). I have a passion for teaching, and treating trading education like any other form of higher education. My teaching is structured. Lessons, Tutorials, Homework, individualized trading plans and feedback.
b. I realized many years ago that the only thing that matters is structure/accountability. That's why it took me over 4 years to make a single dollar in the market, out of the 7 years I've been doing this.
c. I have a lot of time on my hands given that I don't trade 24/7 and I'm truly passionate about this shit. That's why I've been teaching for 3 years, from zero following to now.
If you understand your edge... then stop consuming content related to strategy.
Seek accountability. Seek guidance from trusted mentors/peers.
Watch how everything changes.
This would have saved me probably 4 years...
