Wick Size & Protraction Profile Alignment
1. General Logic
• For all daily profiles, excluding negative conditions; i.e consolidation We expect an Open-Low Alignment for bullish expansion, and an Open-High Alignment for bearish expansion.
2. Defining Condition (Wick Size)
The day will only support expansion to external objectives if there is a small opposing run (small wick).
• The Negative condition of an expansion candle is a large wick candle; i.e. Delayed Protraction.
• This is when a bullish day opens-high, engaging a key external level at the range high,
• Or a bearish day opens-low

Every Swing formation is a MMXM
Logical Considerations:
i. The daily candle provides you an intraday fractal, unless it exists as a negative condition (Consolidation/S&D)
ii. We filter swing formations through the lens of profiles. Cracks in Correlation filter high fidelity swings, formed from key levels.
iii. Range extremes are filtered via 2 stage Cracks in Correlation (SMR of a MMXM)
iv. Continuations from gaps following true reversals are filtered via single stage Cracks in Correlation (Redistribution of a MMXM)

In a 2009 study by Bowen & Marlatt, 123 smokers were exposed to cigarette cravings.
One group was taught a mindfulness technique called “urge surfing.”
Instead of trying to fight the craving or immediately giving in to it, they were taught to simply notice the urge, allow it to exist, and watch it pass without acting on it.
What was interesting is that the technique didn’t make the cravings disappear.
They still wanted to smoke.
But over the following week, the mindfulness group smoked significantly fewer cigarettes.
The goal was never to eliminate the craving.
It was to break the automatic co

August I've been getting cooked lol...
Trading pretty bad ngl.
Most "traders" don't survive this variance btw don't believe everything you read/see.
I've been doing this 7 years straight trust me when I say if you can survive your bad months, your good ones will carry hard.
