I’ve never denied that your education can help you land a good job—but today I saw something that really left me baffled.

The way this person handled things… I just didn’t get it.
His family splurged a fortune—tens of thousands of dollars, basically—just to send him to a top-brand school.
But after graduating, he went to work a job that has nothing to do with his field.

This move combines all of the following:
1/ The older generation’s obsession with work
2/ Ordinary people’s vanity about international schools
3/ Zero ambition to make big money

The fact that all three of these mindsets grow in one person—honestly, it’s kind of funny.
