CryptoWorld News reports that Pavel Durov has completed four steps of the Make TON Great Again roadmap published on his Telegram channel, with three remaining steps yet to be disclosed. The completed steps include speed upgrades, fee reductions, and validator takeover, which are expected to make TON the primary payment and application layer for Telegram users. Durov stated that Telegram will replace the Swiss TON Foundation as the network’s largest validator, further binding Telegram to the TON network. The decision to rename it Gram has also received community support, marking Telegram’s official return to control over the network.
