Choice is very important, but creating choices is more important. Most people think life is about choosing between different paths, but often, what truly limits us is not our ability to choose, but the space for choice. When a person only has one skill, one industry, or one way of thinking, it may seem like they are making a choice, but in reality, they are just being pushed along by limited options. True growth is not about repeatedly searching for the path that best suits oneself, but about continuously expanding one's toolbox. The more skills one has, the broader their cognition, and the more opportunities they can connect. Many key turning points in life are not because one chose the right path, but because long-term accumulation of new abilities causes paths that previously did not exist to start appearing. Therefore, compared to choosing a path, creating choices is more important; because choices determine direction, but creating choices determines how many directions you have to choose from.
