Someone asked me how to structurally analyze a problem. Take debt issues as an example: they have accumulated a large amount of debt and past commitments; in the future there is no growth rate—only a decline rate; these costs cannot simply vanish out of thin air; institutions will spread these costs to society in various ways; people with the ability can see this in advance; those who have choice migrate first; those who lack choice continue to bear the cost. The debt destination formula: debt accumulation → growth stagnation → cost transfer → talent outflow → the remaining group bears the cost.
