Crypto Circle Academician: Is the 6.18 Ethereum rebound an opportunity or a trap? Latest market analysis and trading suggestions
Ethereum's current price is 1800. Many traders who moved south near 1700 have already adjusted their positions and exited. Listening to advice, they ate their fill; 1740 northbound is effective. The most testing factor now is not technology but mentality. The current rebound is just a low-level correction, not a market reversal. So whether moving south or north, quick in and out is recommended.
The daily K-line price has broken above the middle band of the Bollinger Bands at around 1768, supported by the lower band at 1484, with the upper band at 2052 forming short-term resistance. MACD's southward momentum is clearly weakening, and northbound strength is beginning to release. The price is still trading below the EMA15/30/60 moving averages; the medium-term downtrend has not been fully reversed, but signs of stabilization and a halt to decline have appeared. Watch whether it can hold above the EMA15 at 1760 to confirm the continuation of the rebound.
The four-hour fast line has broken through the downtrend line, and the price has risen above the EMA15/30/60/90 moving averages, forming a short-term northbound alignment. The Bollinger Bands are narrowing, with the price around the middle band at 1765. The upper band at 1856 is the short-term rebound target, and the lower band at 1674 provides strong support. MACD's northward momentum dominates. The price has broken through the Fibonacci 23.6% resistance at 1730, with the next target at 38.2% at 1870. After a series of bullish candles, a slight pullback has occurred, which is normal in the rebound process, with no clear top signal.
Short-term reference:
- Above 1870 to 1920, move south, stop loss at 1950, target 1820 to 1780
- Below 1760 to 1730, move north, stop loss at 1700, target 1800 to 1850
