Get some sort of mild exercise in at least 5 days a week and eat healthier. You don't have to be a gym rat or a healthy veggie freak but you should be putting better quality fuel in your body.
You'll feel better, have more self confidence, more energy, improved mental clarity and more.
You only have one body; treat it right.
Not only will you likely live longer but you'll feel better too!
