According to CryptoQuant analyst IT Tech, the selling pressure of altcoins on spot exchanges has reached a five-year extreme level, and the spot market has experienced net selling for 15 consecutive months. The cumulative buy-sell volume difference of altcoins excluding BTC and ETH has fallen to the deepest negative value since data has been available in 2020; this indicator was nearly balanced in early 2025, then sharply turned negative again and continued to decline.
