Crypto Regulations:MiCA规则将取缔欧盟无牌平台
The MiCA deadline is approaching, and the EU crypto market is facing a compliance crisis.
In 2024, there are about 3,000 virtual asset service providers; by May 2026, only 194 will be authorized, meaning around 75% will lose their registration.
Those not approved will either obtain approval, transfer customers to EU entities, or exit.
The AMF warns that unauthorized crypto could result in a sentence of up to 2 years’ imprisonment and a fine of €30,000.
