- Low contract prices, positive fee rates → Arbitrageurs "buy contracts, sell spot," to eliminate the price difference
SIREN now:

- Spot cannot be sold (depth is zero, whales control the market)

- Contracts cannot be bought (large slippage, high liquidation risk)
→ Arbitrage cannot be performed, the distorted structure persists

(4) The "positive" fee rate is a false appearance, caused by the mismatch between the index/mark price

- Not because the bulls are strong, but due to data source misalignment and market dumping leading to the calculation result

- True market sentiment: extremely bearish, contracts being crushed through, spot prices artificially high

4. One-sentence summary

Contract price at 0.041 is far below spot at 0.08 (deep discount), but due to the mismatch in index/mark price calculation, the fee rate shows as positive (longs paying shorts); essentially caused by whale control + inflated spot prices + contract dumping + failed arbitrage, creating an abnormal market, not a normal "bullish strength."

5. Trading reminder (very important)

- This positive fee rate is a false signal, do not mistake it for strong bulls

- Spot at 0.08 is a paper price; if whales withdraw support, it will quickly drop near the contract at 0.04

- On the contract side: positive fee rate + deep discount indicates shorts are still dumping, longs cannot hold up
