The House Ways and Means Committee is scheduled to hold a June 9 hearing on digital asset taxation at 2:00 PM ET. The committee set a June 23 deadline for written comments. The debate includes whether tax relief should apply only to regulated stablecoin payments or also to small Bitcoin-style transactions.
