some boomer twat started SCREAMING at the barista at a coffee shop i was in yesterday because the kid made a mistake on the order (couldn't work out what the mistake was) anyway, this boomer wouldn't drop it and started making a scene calling the kid a "fucking moron" among other things, the kid looked embarrassed and bordering on tears. i was about to step in before the manager walks over and the boomer suddenly become calm and smug, presumably expecting the kid to be scolded further or get a free coffee

the manager told him to, and I quote "fuck off and get out", honestly i couldn't believe it. the old guy looked shocked and explained he's the customer and it was the kids fault but the manager held his ground and kept telling the old guy to leave which eventually he did... without a coffee
