Bitdeer files disclosure with the SEC, Chief Operating Officer Chao Suo and Chief Business Officer Kong Linghui have resigned from their current positions, effective immediately. The company stated that both resignations were due to personal reasons, with no disagreements related to company operations, policies, or business, and that they will continue to serve in the company after resigning. Kong Linghui previously served as Bitdeer CEO and transitioned to CBO in 2024; Chao Suo was appointed COO in 2024. Bitdeer has not announced their successors yet. Recently, Bitdeer has been actively advancing its SEALMINER ASIC, self-mining, and AI/HPC infrastructure business layout. (TheEnergyMag)
