Nasdaq-listed data center operator Cipher Digital announced that its subsidiary Stingray Compute LLC plans to issue $810 million in senior secured notes due in 2031. The funds raised will be used to cover the remaining construction costs of the Stingray data center, repay approximately $63.6 million of prior capital expenditures, and establish a debt repayment reserve. Cipher will provide a completion guarantee to ensure the project is finished on schedule.
