There’s a pretty senior employee on the team who has been doing editing work for a long time. He used to write articles really well. Recently, he started working together with everyone again. For something that AI can produce in 10 minutes, he really has to spend half a day on it. When he’s working, he also handles things with extreme care—he doesn’t even dare to say that the content is something he did himself. And he’s always being talked about by his colleagues and his boss. It’s kind of heartbreaking. As you get older, what if you end up being cut/removed by optimization?

A harsh reality: since AI appeared, the most dangerous aren’t frontline employees.
