According to a report by CCTV News from Mars Finance, the Ministry of State Security issued a security alert today. Over a period of time, with the rapid growth in demand for AI applications, “AI transit stations” that provide batch access to large models both domestically and internationally have quickly become popular in China. However, the current “AI transit” market is a mix of good and bad actors: some “AI transit stations” lack the required operating qualifications, have weak security safeguards, and issues such as user privacy leaks and data being resold occur from time to time. Data security risks cannot be ignored.

“AI transit stations” are a proxy layer between users and official services provided by AI model vendors. They integrate the application programming interfaces (APIs) of various AI model vendors into a single platform, and then provide it to users. Put simply, an “AI transit station” is a “middleman” between users and large models—it can help users more conveniently access and call multiple AI large models, and meet users’ diverse needs in a one-stop way.
