The Smarter Web Company allocates 502,250 common shares in accordance with the subscription agreement terms

Golden Finance reports that on June 8th, the London-listed technology company The Smarter Web Company allocated 502,250 ordinary shares in accordance with the subscription agreement terms.
The total proceeds from the subscription of these shares amounted to £145,670 (before deducting fees), equivalent to approximately £0.29 per share, with the company receiving about 98.25% of the amount as settlement.
According to the subscription agreement, the remaining unsold ordinary shares amount to 49,219,390 shares.
