Japanese integrated payment service provider Netstars announces signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Canadian stablecoin infrastructure provider AllScale, with both parties exploring the promotion of stablecoin payments in Japan and advancing multi-wallet support in Netstars' "StarPay-X" project. Both parties also stated that they will study expanding the application of stablecoins to inter-company settlement scenarios in the future. Currently, this cooperation does not involve specific product launches or commercial deployment arrangements.
