AI Help Me Choose offers its own dedicated primary service entry point on the homepage, placed alongside the service and AI image generation, and positioned for exclusive AI shopping guidance and decision-making scenarios.
AI Help Me Choose mainly covers decision-support modules such as product comparisons and shopping/purchasing guides. In May, Tongyi Qianwen fully integrated with Taobao’s 4 billion-item catalog, creating an end-to-end closed loop from consumption decision-making to direct checkout. Users don’t need to leave the APP to complete product inquiries, price comparisons, and discount estimations within Tongyi Qianwen.
