IoT (Internet of Things) combined with #blockchain/#crypto mainly through the #DePIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks) model – Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks.
Instead of large companies (like Viettel, Vinaphone, AWS…) building centralized infrastructure, DePIN allows the community to deploy physical devices (hotspots, sensors, cameras, edge computing devices…) to provide real services (network connectivity, data collection, mapping, distributed computing).
