Deep Tide TechFlow news: On June 08, according to Bloomberg, large IPO candidate companies, including SpaceX, may need to wait several years before being included in the S&P 500 index. The reason is that S&P Dow Jones Indices refuses to relax the criteria for index inclusion, maintaining the requirement that companies achieve positive net profit over the past year (including the most recent quarter). The decision was made by its index committee after a month of consultations, meaning that large newly listed companies that have not yet met the ongoing profitability requirement will still find it difficult to enter the index in the short term.
