Changing your environment is always good but your brain will randomly ask for your old environment.

It's called the restorative environment theory, and that's what your brain finds genuinely restful.
If you grew up in the rural like us or relocated to a new place, your brain will constantly ask for that old familiarity.
You will feel overwhelmed by city life, noise and the pandemonium at some point.
You will want to live in the silent suburbs away from the chaos and it's absolutely okay.
Wherever you are, give your brain that familiarity by visiting places that resemble your old environment.
Especially for us who can't go home every weekend because of the distance.
It helps a lot.
Thanks for listening to my small ted talk.
