Abstract generation in progress

Mars Finance News, on June 7, U.S. media Politico conducted a manual, line-by-line classification analysis of all more than 800 posts and reposts by Trump on Truth Social in May. It found that the theme Trump mentioned most frequently was reshaping the Republican Party—endorsements related to “Trump’s Republican Party,” celebrating win after win, and attacking opponents within the party took the top spot. Closely behind that was large-scale beautification and renovation of Washington, D.C., mentioned as many as 80 times, surpassing the combined total of posts related to election integrity (29 times), immigration (11 times), and city crime. On May 20, Trump wrote: “Washington is being awakened, showing its beauty, elegance and charm… the most grand of which will be the National Mall reflecting pool—2500 feet long and nearly 200 feet wide, the largest such structure in history.” The Iran war remained a high-frequency topic (68 times), but the focus of the posts was repeatedly emphasizing ensuring that Iran does not obtain nuclear weapons and reaching a “good agreement.”

In addition, image and symbolism-based posts formed the third-largest category, including an AI-generated composite image of Trump’s face carved into Mount Rushmore, as well as a striking AI image of Trump walking shoulder to shoulder with a muscular alien in Area 51 in Nevada. Complaints about political rivals and allegations of corruption appeared 55 times, Democratic attacks appeared 32 times, and economic and people’s livelihood issues appeared only 22 times. A White House spokesperson responded that Truth Social is an “important way for the President to communicate directly and truthfully with Americans and the world.” Trump’s posting peak was concentrated between 10 and 11 p.m., with more than 78 posts in the month.
