Grayscale submits new ETF listing application to the SEC, planning to list on NYSE Arca

On June 5th, Grayscale Investments submitted an S-1 registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), applying to launch the "Grayscale Canton ETF."

The fund aims to provide investors with a compliant, convenient investment channel, allowing users to gain exposure to the value assets of the Canton Network native token CC without directly purchasing, custodying, or managing digital assets.

Canton Network is a public Layer 1 blockchain developed by Digital Asset Holdings, focusing on connecting traditional financial systems while protecting transaction privacy.

The document shows that the trust plans to list and trade on NYSE Arca, with BitGo Trust serving as the asset custodian. Currently, whether the ETF will be approved remains pending SEC's final approval.
