The first time I sold US stocks on Gate, I spent a month mentally preparing.

Let me tell you a pretty embarrassing story: after I bought NVDA on Gate, I still haven’t sold it. It’s not because I haven’t had the chance to sell—it’s because I’ve kept working on my mental prep.

So how do I sell? I set a few conditions for myself; if any one of them is met, I’ll execute:

1. NVDA’s single-day gain exceeds 5% (this indicates short-term overheating, so I’ll cut the position in half)
2. Nvidia’s revenue growth rate drops below 20% for two consecutive quarters (a signal that growth has started to stall)
3. I need to use U in an emergency (I try to avoid this situation as much as possible)

If none of these three conditions are met, I don’t move. The second condition is the hardest, because when the stock price rises, many people want to sell, fearing they’ll give back their profits. But if NVDA is still growing every year at 30%, 40%—why sell? The real question is: can you hold on?
