These past couple of days, I’ve been “educated” again by the attention economy: as soon as the hot topic changes, my hands start itching and I want to rush in to prove I’m right—only to find that it’s basically all just me helping others carry their sedan… To put it plainly, I’m being driven by emotions. Now I’m setting a small rule for myself: the moment I see the group being spammed with messages, I’ll first close the app, then check again after half a day whether there are real on-chain trades and sustained liquidity—if not, then I’ll treat it as if nothing happened.

The macro side is also pretty annoying. Once the rate-cut expectations roll in, the U.S. dollar index and risk assets rise and fall together, and the logic gets all tangled. The more it’s like that, the easier it is to take “narratives” as certainty. What I need to be reminded of is this: don’t mistake all the noise for an opportunity. People who tend to make money are usually the ones who set up ahead of time—not me rushing in to chase the trend. That’s it for now. Sleep time.
