Artificial intelligence saved me at work! But how?

Six months ago, I applied for a programming engineer job at a very well-known company in the Netherlands, and thank God, I was accepted.
But I was accepted along with another person at the same time to see who is better.
The difference between me and the second person is that I deal with AI smoothly and know how to do everything with its help, meaning it speeds up my work fivefold.
But the second person’s strongest tool is writing prompts or questions for ChatGPT or JiminAI.
Compared to me, I build a complete automation system with Harnes and use skills and develop them for the company's projects, making programming easier, faster, and better.
Today, my friend was fired because he was slow, but in reality, he was dismissed because they saw quick results from me and compared them to his results.
The moral of the story is that you must necessarily be an AI engineer.
You need to know how to deal with AI and where and how to use it in the right place, like building systems or workflows.
Because if you don’t do anything for two years from now, you might not be accepted by any company in the future.
I want to help everyone start becoming an AI engineer, but it’s hard to do it for free, and I don’t have time to give a course right now.
So I will look for a solution to change the Arab community for the better...
